Ross Charles Allen has a diverse law practice that includes Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies; personal injury cases; real estate transactions and litigation; family law matters such as custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, divorce, and equitable distribution; civil and commercial litigation; and criminal defense including traffic offenses. Ross is licensed in Virginia and has experience in General District Court, Circuit Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, and Federal Bankruptcy Court.
Ross earned his J.D. from Regent University School of Law, where he was an active member of the Moot Court Board and a member of the Business Transaction Law Society. He received a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice, as well as an Educational Certificate in Leadership Studies from Florida State University, where he was a member of the Union Board.
Ross is proud to call Richmond home and is active in several community organizations. He loves college football and is an avid sportsman, cyclist, and golfer. Ross also enjoys learning about architecture and reading short stories.
