About Us

Owen & Owens PLC was founded on the premise “EVERY CLIENT MATTERS.” Partners W. Joseph Owen III, Mary Burkey Owens, Samuel J. Kaufman, along with associates Amy E. Hensley, Jeremiah M. The firm breaks its many practice areas into three major categories of representation:Family Law, Personal Representation and Commercial Representation.

The attorneys at Owen & Owens PLC are experienced in handling all types of Family Law matters, including divorce, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, property settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements and adoption.
